Going through a rough patch, mental-health wise. I have always been a high performer and dont back down from challenges. But this past month something feels off in my head and I have 0% motivation for anything at the moment. Brief run down: work-stress, meeting expectations, fear of failure, imposter-syndrome, negative self-image (probably from all the time I spend on IG… might need therapy. 🥲
I don’t know what went wrong, but I don’t think I’m the only one to have felt this. Sorry for the sads!

How do you guys get started on any of these diets without it affecting your job performance? I find myself unable to think/focus when I’m hangry

During the last few months I’m down 20 lbs mainly from increased activity ...taking walks outdoors etc, eating a bit healthier and drinking more water. Self care for me is easier when at home. I’m looking to lean out some more and considering Keto. Has anyone done keto for ~ 2-4 weeks, lost some weight then managed to maintain after going back to carbs and balancing diet and exercise? Not sure I can maintain carb-free forever ...TIA.

Tips on interviewing and navigating being sick? Some interviewers don't want to wait...but also look at you like you have two heads if you proceed with the zoom interview.

Did IUI couple of times but failed. Not sure it works , fertility specialists are not that much interested in IUI but directly recommend IVF. For context am 39 , although have history of endometriosis and have a cyst in ovary do only 1 ovary is producing eggs. A neighbor in my building donated some fertility meds to be that will expire in a few weeks . I’m about to start my cycle and insurance will cover my medications but I’m nervous insurance won’t cover additional meds for more rounds. Already ordered meds through my insurance . I have used butterfly needles for phlebotomy since the beginning of my Nursing career. I recently switched jobs and my current employer doesn’t want to buy butterfly needles as they are more expensive than the straight needles. They have asked that we start using the straight needles and even took away the last butterfly needles we had. I feel anxious and uncomfortable doing phlebotomy on everyone with the straight needle. Should I mention this to my manager? How can I approach this situation?
