Didn’t even know the New York office still had business. The people are great. The work is boring and the culture is as corporate and stuffy as can be.

Has anyone here used a service to help you find a new job? I’m looking at one where they source and apply for jobs for me. They’ll also help me rework my resume, LinkedIn, and other materials, as well as interview coaching. I’ve been looking for a new position on my own with no luck for the past 6 months. The downside of this service is they charge a commission based on the salary for the job they place you in. Thoughts or advice?

Joined Big4 in April, WFH since then. Feels like I'm flying under the radar a lot and have been forgotten about. Started well with setting up meet and greets, trying to network and get to know people but have lost the motivation keep putting myself out there virtually. Have had some busy days, but more often than not I'm filling 3-4 hours of the work day with unstimulating tasks which doesn't feel fulfilling. Should start looking elsewhere or does the EA role get better when we're in the office?
