Realistically you're going to do s limited set of business architecture constrained to the CRM platform, basically a glorified SF functional consultant. It's like their Soln Arch level is below their tech arch. Personally i see out a glorified title marketing for money. I know good to great bus archs that'd not look at such a limited role. But hey, go for it for that money.

Had an interview last week with a start up. At the end of the discussion the interviewer said she’d love for me to come into the office and meet the rest of the leadership team on the following Tuesday (today). After the call, radio silence. I followed up twice but haven’t heard back. Any thoughts on this? Market turmoil make them rethink hiring?

I'm putting myself back in the job market, and I'm seeing new titles pop up at other consulting firms / accounting firms. Does anyone know what the equivalent title is of Senior Director at Eisneramper, compared to PWC or EY or Accenture? Is a Senior Director the same as a partner, Managing Director, Senior Manager? The job descriptions of similar titles don't indicate if its a client facing position or internal.
