Hi, I am moving from USA to Canada very soon, on PR. I had a question about moving my stuff. I don’t have any furniture but do have basic kitchen stuff and clothes/shoes etc. What would be the cheapest way of getting these to Canada? Hearing mixed opinions on UPS... I was originally planning on just bringing everything with me and paying for extra baggage but since I am traveling solo, I’m not sure if I will be able to handle all the bags myself.

Asking a question as a new manager: I have a team member who's having a very difficult time in personal life. He's open enough to share with me. I totally understand. He needs to be away a lot and hence didn't deliver as expected in the past half year. Should I take what's happening in his personal life into consideration in the upcoming performance review?
