Hi fishes.. Advice required since I am confused. Profile - MBA from one of the IIMs, Deloitte S&O, total and post mba experience = 2 I am getting an industry offer for 34 LPA which I feel is huge considering my experience and role also seems good. My only confusion is that I feel if I stay in Deloitte for 1-2 more years, I might be able to switch to MBB or Kearney.
