Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? I’m hoping to just hear some ballpark numbers! JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase
Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

Hmm we’ve had a few people join from KPMG that say otherwise. It seems like the common theme is that the healthcare space is doing well while the other areas are struggling for a variety of reasons.
I hear the pipeline is pretty weak and the projects/clients are mediocre. They are far behind the top players in the market in terms of work quality, as well as pay- Deloitte and Accenture.

Do you have to travel every week?
Yeah in my experience, I find partners usually put that 80-100% travel requirements but in reality it’s typically not that.
