Traditionally an Integrated Producer is one who manages production across all platforms for a client or clients. Is that not correct? Why do some job postings refer to integrated as if it is a PM? Why do some refer to it as a producer who manages site development and analytics? Can someone explain what exactly agencies are talking about these days when they say “Integrated Producer”?

Are year end bonuses usually pro-rated ? Reviewing an offer from other firm and it says the the year end bonus is pro-rated based on tenure...under impression that I would get full amount at YE

I'm construction industry. Working as a BIM engineer. I'm fed-up of low paying jobs this industry serves to fresher and less experienced person, I think I should switch to IT or software. Will it be a wise decision for me to switch to IT industry from construction, also what all quality and skills are required to land a good jab? And how much I can expect? Someone please advice.

I applied for an open role at a company I’d love to work with, but the role is one I’m overqualified for. The recruiter and leader have both called out that fact. Now a role I’m more suited for was just posted, but I’m quite far along in the process for the existing more junior role.
