40% less work for 30% less pay. So if you can afford it, sounds...pretty nice. IF the firm is stable financially.
So like A1 said, 40% less work and potentially less than 30% pay cut - sounds pretty awesome. I’d ask consider if it’s somewhere you want to stay long term and what positions you best for where you might want to go after this firm
