Wearing shorts over them obviously

I wear them under shorts most of the time. The compression helps a little with recovery.
Then not really. I do it when I play soccer or rugby. Pick up gauges obviously with other "dadtheletes"
A lot of people do it at the gym. I don’t do it but many do. The only time I wear running tights is if I’m running outside and it’s cold out

Don't do it myself but not a big deal,, IF wearing shorts obviously.
I do it during my HITT because I noticed my knees “hurt” less after. Don’t do it to look good, rather because I’m getting old.
Most of the evidence suggests they’re actually better for recovery when worn afterwards. They aren’t stylish though
I definitely recommend. Shorter recovery times + a lot of sweat absorbed
I'd say tighter the better. Let everyone know what your packing when you go into each meeting and exert dominance. Just stand up mid meeting, stretch backwards and be like "I think we all know whose in charge"
Love them for CrossFit. - but for the love of G - shorts are a MUST.
