I've been using it since January. It's been great in every way.

I have it. Have to be honest, the internet isn’t the best in certain areas. But other than that, it’s solid. With working from home and limited traveling, it makes sense for me right now.

I have switched from TMobile to Mint about 4 months ago. Can’t see a difference in service, except I now have a nifty app that tells me my data usage vs. texting a number. A+ so far.

It is an awesome tool! There are no drawbacks other than the ads you’ll see

Yep. Confirmed.

I refuse to use it because it's owned by Intuit. Truebill is comparable and good

G1, we’re talking about Mint Mobile, the prepaid carrier network. You’re talking about Mint, the financial app

Partners, are gifts from your associates for the holidays sweet or weird? I want to get my boss a gift but don’t want to make her feel obligated to give me anything or feel bad. In prior years, the associates in our office would chip in to get her something together but this year everyone is working from home and nobody has mentioned it. Even if others don’t, I want to spread the holiday cheer.

Should I pay down my rental property mortgage early? The interest rate is 4.875% (don't tell me to refi, this is the best I can get). I have 17 years left, I am planning to FIRE in 9 years and live in this property (it's a duplex). I have $50k cash right now that I am DCA into the market. Should I just pay an extra $500/ month so balance paid off in 9 years or should I put $50k against mortgage right now? I am a high earner and use the interest deduction etc. To show a paper loss.

Hi everyone. I am new to FIRE and I am not sure where to begin. I am 24 and currently make 60k. I am contributing 9% of my pay to my firms 401(k). I have 9,500 left on my car loan and 26k in federal student loans. Should I make my main focus paying off debt this year? I am lucky to be living rent free with my parents so I have no other expenses. I would like to buy a house by December 2022/early 2023. My parents are not good when it come to money/retirement so I have no one to turn to for advice

The best decision I made towards my FIRE goal was to move from Europe to the US. I did so at 31 with a NW of $300k. Four years later, my NW is $1.2M as I kept costs low while earning significantly more. My concern now is how to keep a good balance as I know that costs will greatly increase (house, kids..) in the next few years. Has any of you considered moving to Europe to benefit from a cheaper lifestyle once you’ve grown your nest egg?

Hi, I currently own a house in The Netherlands. I was told by a seller agent that I can get €400k if I sell the house, my current mortgage is around €210k @ 1.65% year with payment of around € 1050.

I am planning to move to another country this year and I could rent the house for €1550.

Would it be wiser to sell it an invest the money and not worry about renting?
I currently have around 90k of investments and I am 32 years old.

TIA.

Hey everyone - love this bowl and looking for some feedback. I am 31 and wondering if I should make any adjustments to my Roth 401k. Current allocation:
15% - FBGKX (blue chip large cap growth)
15% - growth company pool class 2 (large cap growth)
25% - S&P 500 index
10% - RNPGX (world large stock growth)
10% - RERGX (Europac growth fund)
10% - FSRNX (real estate index fund)
15% - total international stock market index

I still have a bunch in the 2055 fund, but this is going forward. Thoughts?
