Amazon as a Sr TPM L6
Base: 180k
Sign on bonus: $95k year 1 and $70k year 2
RSUs: 2100 shares
Total Comp ~ $275k

Offer 2:
Deloitte as a Director of Program Management
Base: $200k
Sign on bonus: 20k
Yearly Bonus ~ 20%
Total Comp ~ $260k year 1 and $240k moving forward

Worried about the culture and burnout at Amazon but it’s definitely more money in total comp.

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

Any copywriters in tech? I was hired by a startup a year ago and very excited to join, but lately I was told I'm "coming off as too intense" when providing copy edits. And I'm just doing my job—no one else here is a writer. I was hired to write copy and told by senior leadership I would own brand voice. It's like the biggest gaslighting of my entire career. I'm so disappointed. Sad that caring about your work isn't a "culture fit" here. Anyone with a similar experience?
