I have 2 offers 1. Start up 60 LPA EM role, 40K ESPOS , 2 . Well known public listed company 51 lpa ( Lead Role) 90K RSUs . I said yes to second after some negotiation. HR was not willing to pay more than this even though it is just 20% hike from my current salary. But I accepted the offer as i wanted it badly. Now I got offer from start up as well (1) , can i still ask her to consider the 2nd offer and pay me accordingly? Or it will lead to offer cancelation:(

Full time Pharmacy Tech in Pittsburgh and I make $16.50/hour in a retail setting. I've been doing it for over 3.5 years. I love my job but I am thinking of finding a new one because my boss had to fight the company to get me to that rate and I don't think they are going to budge much past that. Plus there is no real opportunity for growth.

How do comp, hours, lifestyle compare? I know there is more travel involved once things get back to normal but honestly sounds great after working from home for last 6 months.

I see so much room for growth in my firm, especially related to social media, updated technology, marketing strategies, etc. Except, every time I suggest them, I'm pegged as a greedy/pushy millennial. Told by the older partners, "back in our day" or "we tried that years ago" and am quickly dismissed. I’m a 3rd year associate at a MM PE fund that has been successful in deploying our first fund and we’re now raising our 2nd at ~$400M. I was the 1st hire 2+ years ago and am the only associate. I do everything including DD, PortCo value creation and IR. Currently paid $250k all-in in a HCOL but with no carry & work 70+ hrs. Am I paid market? How should I broach a title/raise/carry participation discussion? My partners haven’t run a PE firm before as they were operators so not sure they know.
