What's the best way to turn down an analysis request from head of another department? He has politely requested and our departments work in close coordination. They don't have an analyt in their team and since it's a startup company, everyone ends up doing alot more that just just fixed job. I have plenty on my plate so no time to do what he asked for but don't want to say no straight up since he has been helpful on many projects

I work at Oracle Energy and Water, IDC Hyderabad. Wanted to know if Hybrid working model is going to implement or not? Is everyone still in WFH set-up?

I have zero CS background (non-engineering major in college). The only ‘technical’ experience I had was tech implementation projects at Deloitte and no hard skills. However, I want to change my career path to coding/sde roles. Will getting a Masters degree in CS give a chance for me to shoot for SDE roles in FAANG? 3-4 yrs into career and afraid that it’s too late

Young professional (23M) considering move to colonial village / Lyon village by purchasing a condo in the next year or so. I like it bc it has proximity to bars/restaurants and metro stations. The condos are also pretty cheap, staying under 300k, although I did notice HOA fees are comparable to some high-rise condos. What’s the general vibe of living in the area, relative to the whole DC area? I know there’s a stigma against those who live across the Potomac lol.

Do any other creatives feel like they need to teach their PMs and Account on what they need for creative deliverables? Has anyone else’s husband just never really given them complements? My husband refuses to because he says it would make it meaningless when he says them (so he doesn’t say I look nice in case on the ~5 times he says it a year it would be ‘watered down’).
