They have a pretty solid change management practice and a handful of large clients. Weak when it comes to technology/data aside from some Workday implementation projects. Compensation is fair but bench is non-existent (you'll be let go after 2-4 weeks on the bench). Overall not a bad option in Charlotte or Atlanta as long as you don't mind role-based work and can stay busy.

No way they let people go that fast. You can’t hire enough good people. 2-4 weeks is a rounding error.

That is not true by any means, I worked there during those same years. They might have given that excuse if the person wasn’t a high performer or negatively impacted the culture.
