Are there analytics consulting firms still hiring that work on longer term projects (i.e. 3-6 months)? I'm working in deal analytics and while I actually like consulting, I'm tired of constantly working on diligence projects, having 0 WLB, or being able to think deeply about problems my client has. I don't mind traveling, but would appreciate a firm that has some flexibility on where my home base is.

I have an offer with CITI which I have signed and sent it back to them. And I have an interview scheduled with Luxoft next week. And my LWD is Oct 21. So so tired of always being the odd one out. My firm isn't even bad or anything I'm literally just exhausted from constant code-switching and never seeing a face like mine in the office unless they're a client. However, my first year of practice was highly supervised and I was given no cases of my own (Always worked the cases with major supervision and micromanaging by partners in my previous firm). I’m a new analyst at an IB group. I’ve felt that I’ve done well my first month or two and delivered higher quality work, but I feel that lately I’ve been slipping up the past few weeks given the intensity of the deal as well as having multiple peripheral work streams.
