I say go for it, but only on one condition. If the CDs and senior writers/creatives above you are better at the other agency, then jump. Hurry. Go.
But if not, stay put. Don’t worry about the money at this point in your career. Focus on surrounding yourself with the most talented creatives you can work under, and alongside. You’ll get better faster that way.

Don’t choose money or promotions above the work. If the work opportunity is better at the new place and the culture is a fit that is a valid consideration. I agree with grey 1. You do make more moving. Just make sure you’re moving for more substantial reasons for your long-term career.
