Can anyone in ARA describe the tasks that a senior assistant would be doing? Coming from the structure of audit, I’m trying to understand how engagement work is delegated in ARA and want some more examples/details

I’m former PwC CMAAS. I left to industry and do not like it, and am strongly considering returning to public.

I think a return to public means I want to stay until partner.

As much as I liked CMAAS, I think Deloitte ARA has more room for growth given that the practice is newer (or at least it seems newer from my perspective.). CMAAS is a well oiled machine and it seems like they make few partners compared to other firms.

Curious to here experiences of Deloitte ARA folks.

Joining PwC deals next week (accepted offer early December well before comp adjustment announcements), I got the notification about the firm wide 5% comp increase but haven’t received any word about the additional deals-specific comp increase - am I not going to be included in that increase?
