M1 salary in Protiviti LCOL, 5+, CPA.
Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

What are your thoughts about someone willing to pursue SAP consulting as a career ? Oracle and SAP are standard ERP systems in Fortune/Big companies so even if one joins and learns in 2-3 yrs what are the growth opportunities in SAP ? I do recognize that there are a lot of advanced planning systems out there but in reality is it fair to assume that one can easily plateau off in 5 yrs from a career progression standpoint?SAP Oracle o9 Solutions Blue Yonder Kinaxis Inc.
Anyone here work at Wellington Management and is willing to chat with me about a Data Science / Quant role? Recruiter reached out and I’m considering whether I should interview for it. Currently work at a Global Macro Desk of a MM hedge fund (think Millennium, Balyasny, Pt72) and looking to understand more about firm culture, investment process, career prospects to the extent possible and comp. Thanks!

I got an offer from them a while ago and they actually gave me an extremely good offer in terms of compensation. Ultimately turned it down bc I had a bad gut feeling about the culture and wlb.
apparently they are trying to change the culture but i haven’t heard anything close to wlb
another thing is that their compensation are not even that great lol. i had other companies offering me 50%-300% more than what they were willing to offer me. i don’t think the stress is worth it for the little compensation
Read the Glassdoor reviews recently. They're quite consistent. I was also thinking of applying for them and decided against it after reading Glassdoor. Also, the number of open positions that they have makes me think about how much of a revolving door it isnfor staff.
