It’s a great place to work, but they don’t really make great work. No one will ever push back on the clients and not many people will help you push for a campaign that isn’t a mascot. Toomgis, Professor Burke, Brad Bellflower, Poopsie, Brooke Shields. Honda is the only possible exception, but I count Fred Savage as their mascot.
If you want a paycheck and to leave at 5 work on Honda. If you want to make something more creative you can try working on their other accounts, but sadly none of them have any money for good work.
Lots of older creatives, and a lot of the upper staff has been there for over 15 years, so the average age is much higher than other agencies and the office can feel very sleepy. But there are still happy hours every other week. They throw pretty good parties and really do try to make people happy. Lots of women in the office but almost none above CD level.
I’ll be back later if you have any specific questions, but I need lunch.
in my opinion, the honda work pushes the category the most these days. they don’t rely on driving footage and always have a fresh, interesting vibe. they’ve won lions for honda. curious what other car work people think is better? audi used to be great. vw is up and down. all other car work sucks.
Farmers clients are local in Woodland Hills, loyal with rpa for 5+ years now. Account was run by Tom, Kirt, Lisa the last I was there. Solid group, all with years of tenure. Rest of account team itself has turned over since my time but one of the more buttoned up teams at rpa.
This question is posted once every two weeks. It's a country club. Leave at 5 and get a paycheck. If you want a lion, don't go there. But some people don't want that
Need your help. Capgemini has not paid me incentive in my fnf. Now my manager is saying you were not "eligible" for it. What should I do? Any escalation point who can help me here?? Capgemini

I got a lion there 🤷
Probably depends on how you feel about their work. I find it very mediocre, personally.

Easy, in a bad way.
also, leave at 5 and get a paycheck sounds great. unless you like working 15 hour days and weekends and having no life whatsoever.

It’s the retirement community. You’ll be doing work that isn’t the most creative.
I loved working there.

I’ve always wanted to work there, but haven’t been able to get past their recruiter. I like the Jeff Goldblum apartments.com spots.
My friend works there. If you want to make stuff, work on Honda. I hear the other account s don’t have the money and don’t really buy work.
Country club vibes
What’s the Farmers team/account like?
