What’s the opinion about teaching at community college or as adjunct professor? I have my CPA license, but not masters. I’ve contemplated going back for a masters to be able to teach at the university level, but it seems like it doesn’t pay well these days. Startinf to plan for MBA but have 0 idea how to start planning for GMAT. When should i aim to take the test, taking application deadlines into consideration? What do admissions think about GMAT scores that are 2 years old? I understand we are able to select which schools we send our scores to during testing day, how do you go about figuring what your target schools are? (Some may say see what scores you get but is this a chicken and egg situation?) any insight or recommendations appreciated!

Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?

Currently working at an IRA with great WLB. Honestly I love my job, the firm, and people I work with.

HR and leadership denied my request for our company’s cell phone reimbursement ($60, but it’s still something) because they came to a conclusion that those who aren’t directors don’t use their phone enough for work purposes to warrant it. As the department head I gave my team a lot of autonomy to lead their projects, and outside of weekly check ins, I only got involved during RFP stage and when issues came up. Thoughts on asking for a new manager?

So my current CD kinda doesn't give any direction. They look at what I've done and change like one word. Maybe I'm an acd and I don't need much oversight? They also ask me to help lighten their load but never know what needs to be done and tell me to ask the account or design team. I just don't think they are super interested in working any more. 1 junior and a mid level already asked to leave this team. I don't wanna cause trouble or get them (or me) fired
