Seems like total number of exit opps get cut down but quality of exit opps is higher (ie. senior level in PE/corp dev). Hi, I applied for a BFSI domain consultant position at TCS through Linkedin. Next day two people took my interview and said they are good to go with my profile. I might have one more tech round and HR will contact. After 4-5 days HR sent Ibegin link to create my profile and update details. Then it's been 3 weeks no other update. Whenever I contact the person who took my interview he keep saying its in process please wait. Is it normal procedure in TCS? How long usually takes.

HiAll, My lead resigned and my manager informed me just 2 weeks before her lwd on this and asked me to take up all their responsibilities. I don't think this is not a professional way to handle things and KTs are not properly given. I'm really worried if this will affect my career. I'm not really interested to work in this project. I have tried many ways to release me from this project . But manager is really amendment to release as there is no senior member in the team.

How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.

I spent a year in tax investigations where I believe I was thriving ( I was going to be an assistant manager in July 2023), I had a lot of assistant manager jobs, I even drafted a Code 9 report to HMRC which my manager said was 80% of an actual report, he then added the 20% and submitted it.
After I realised I couldn't maintain all the unpaid overtime I was working I decided to take a turn and go to compliance, so now I work in CT compliance. I feel very surpressed.
