Global logic or TCS
Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

I take interviews and I don't really care about it as long as I get a clear indication that candidate is absolutely sure about joining our clan😅🤘
No one cares, just tell them why you are switching in the hiring manager interview.
A year is an eternity in tech. It should be okay to many hiring managers.
It's not a big of an issue as it used to be, but it is a warning sign during an interview. The best prep for this is to be upfront about why you switched and provide assurance that this was a better move for you.
Definitely not as big of a deal as it was a few years ago, but I'd still be ready to explain why you're making the change so soon. Interviewer could still see it as a red flag, so it's best to have a solid, professional and logical answer, just in case.
In today's employment climate, I don't think it's a big deal. Many applicants are doing this right now
I don't think it's a big deal either - plus with the time it takes to apply, do interview rounds etc, it gets extended out anyway so I think it should be fine
Unless you are terminated, doesn't matter.
