I'm in Cybersec at PwC and objectively Deloitte is more established. When you look at Gartners data, PwC and Deloitte are neck in neck... Don't recall Acns placement
Deloitte with Vigilant is the biggest player in the market!
@Accenture what are are you looking to get into risk or technical?
Cyber in Deloitte Touche or Deloitte Consulting?
No cyber in Deloitte consulting. Just D&T
@Deloitte2 Interesting, do teams from both entities ever work together to your knowledge?
@EY 1 yes, more often you'll have consulting come work on D&T projects much more so than the other way around.
@PwC 1. Really good perspective. Yes Deloitte is more established but I don't see that necessarily as a huge positive since that could mean less agility and ability to move up and get paid well. I've heard around you guys lost lots of key leaders. Two questions for you: (1) do you see PwC Cyber as a sinking ship? (2) how do you view your leaders from 1-10, 10 being the best?
@Deloitte 2. I'm looking for technical. I agree that Deloitte is the "best" but I understand PwC is building their Cyber tech abilities which is very interesting.
@OP I'm relatively new to the firm but I've seen some of our key metrics and Cyber is rapidly growing (in certain markets more than others). As far as leadership goes, I'd be inclined to say 8/9. Nowhere is perfect but I like what I've seen so far.
Believe there's a cybersecurity bowl for everyone to join as well. Search for it!
