Recently received my CSW license and have started working as a therapist at an outpatient clinic. Is a starting salary of $64,500 fair? I am supposed to aim for 28 billing hours (get paid if clients show or not) a week with 12 hours of admin time for other tasks. Thanks for any input.

I was a top performer in RA and then I was referred to RP by my manager based on my performance.

Now I've had a manager change in last month.
He doesn't know much, and hasn't taken my feedback from previous managers.

I've less than 1 month remaining in my contract... I am really worried, he keeps delaying it.

Basics:
Legal assistant for 20 years (I’m under 40yrs old). I’ve been at my current company (big law) for almost 5 years. Just had my review and I was placed in the top tier category in the review process. However, my raise was 3.1%. Last year it was slightly less. I can’t tell if I’m being salty by thinking this is low or if being taken advantage of.

1st year corporate associate. I’ve only billed 500-600 hrs since September and have a couple of months I billed 20-30 hrs. We don’t really have an assignment system. Should I be worried? I just assumed it will be a lot busier in summer/fall and thought I should enjoy the slow time while I can. But all these posts from other first years freaking out for billing 100 a month is giving me anxiety 😦
