I am from Training & E-learning background with 11 yoe. I switched to another company (for 17.5 LPA) from TechM (8.3 LPA) two months ago.

I am considering career change so I can increase my earnings. I have worked as Associate Manager for 4 years.

1. a. If I take up course (followed by projects if i get any), will I be able to land a high paying job?
1. b. Will be treated like a fresher and get pay similar to that of a fresher?

Help - my offer just got accepted and I need to secure mortgage within 30 days. What are the hidden things I need to consider apart from interest rates. My preapproval has decent rate (2.75%) but I feel closing is high at $16k. Also lists transfer taxes that seller is expected to pay and I’m not sure if seller is aware. Hi! I just hit my two year mark at my firm and I was wondering about switching from public to private firms for the work life balance and pay. I started off as an AP Specialist at an aerospace tooling company and never left later than 5 PM. Just got a manual 2014 Audi A4 and am still learning to drive stick. Any tips for smoothing out the shift from 1st to 2nd? Especially for driving fast. I can get it smooth if I’m short shifting to 2nd and babying the clutch, but it’s hard to launch with any vigor from a dead stop without lurching the thing into 2nd
