I need a new car and I really love the design and capabilities, but I would use it mainly for commuting/getting around town (besides the occasional off-road excursion on weekends). Manager M4 makes 140 K in NJ for EY . Planning to move to Accenture Strategy in NYC , little confused in terms of what should I quote ?

I am almost 2 years into my H1B. They haven’t started my I140 but when I joined told me that I would be eligible in a year of which I am coming up on in this Oct. I got a new offer today but they told me that they would apply I140 after a year from when I join. The pros of the new one is TC more than 18k with sign-on of 15k (not sure clauses for this) and better wrk-life bal).
My question is, how long into H1B is it advisable to have an I140 applied for. Would 3-4 years into my H1B be too late?

If you want to pure air relocate to India itself there are many options than abroad .don't just generalise that India is not good for living .as expat for us in abroad to get doctor appointment take days. Is an espresso machine worth it? The ones where you grind your beans and use a tamper, not the auto ones. I've been using a chemex consistently but I'll go out and buy espresso drinks. I feel like it'll be cool and even meditative since I think coffee's an art, but not sure about the upfront cost. Also drop recs if you have any.
