EYP. You’d be siloed in procurement /logistics at Amazon. And the comp is lower. I don’t see the draw.
EY-P.
Take Amazon. Amazon raise and bonus the second year will be greater than that of EYP. You can always get EYP next year if it doesn't work out at Amazon.

How are they even calling that strategy lol

What level is the role at Amazon? Is it L7? I don't think it's that easy to go from L7 to L8 in procurement at Amazon (I worked at Amazon in Ops for 5 years) so not sure it would be as cut and dry as EY1 is suggesting.

Ah - okay 6 to 7 would be faster but I definitely wouldn’t consider 6 to 7 in procurement to be an auto 2 years. Perhaps you have more insight with the people you interviewed with but the procurement folks that I met were always some of the most tenured.
I’d say it’s more about what you want to do at this point in your career. EY-P May be more of a grind (leading sizable and/or multiple teams, grind of travel, dealing with internal and client BS, sales goals, etc) but offers higher upside for career growth.
Amazon will be more of an individual contributor role with a tighter focus.
