Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this

Any tips on how you all stay motivated?

I’ve been really consistent for about 7 weeks now, exercising and eating better. I’ve lost about 17lbs, but have another 70lbs to go and was feeling pretty demotivated this morning. I did make it to the gym and told myself I just needed to do a light 30 mins of cardio, which turned into 50 mins once I was actually there. But feel like I’m losing some of the motivation / push I had the first 6 weeks.

At how much money invested would it be smart to hire a financial advisor or a managed portfolio? 401k is managed by fidelity and has around 32k and my individual account for stocks is at $14k and hope to grow that one fast.
