Accenture gave me offer letter after two months without any salary discussion. There is a count down in Accenture portal to accept offer within 7 days. I got a call from HR on the day I received offer letter and she told not to accept the offer and she will call me next day to discuss about it. But its been 5 days now they are not responding to my calls and mails.
Should I accept the offer now ? Will they negotiate the package after accepting?

This house is also definitely overpriced right now due to the influx of people moving into the suburbs. A year ago it would have been like 100k cheaper. You should be able to get larger or nicer house for the same price in this area
Associate 1 House in your link looks horrible. No wonder it is cheaper

Inside has been nicely redone, outside needs work. Architecturally there are design flaws. No direct access into the house from the attached garage; appears that you have to go outside and then enter from the front door. Master bedroom is basically a garden unit. No master bathroom, looks to be shared with everyone else on the lower level. The third full bath between the kitchen and the family room makes no sense; should've been just a half bath.

Currently house hunting myself. Although I'm looking at Northwest Indiana as I've had enough of Illinois' BS taxes.
Took a few drafting/architecture/design classes in high school that always have me looking at layout/flow when considering a property. The quirks of this property would drive me nuts. But what I like and hate might be the opposite of others.
Taxes are way too much. But it’s a nice place to live and good schools. You can get more bang for your buck in similar close by towns.
Those taxes lolol
It’s <2K sq feet too
Look at Lincolnshire also which is a top class school district. I bought a 2,700 sqft new construction house for $550K three months ago
Thx . Looks good
That is a beautiful house for the price range.
If you are looking in Deerfield. Look at Buffalo Grove. Pretty good schools and you will get newer houses and not 1958 house. This one looks pretty good though.
Currently just started building a house in the general area and was house hunting before. I think the outside could use some cosmetic changes. Agree with the comments about currently being overpriced due to COVID and the garage and master bathroom comments. The power lines in the back would also bug me (not pretty to look at) but other people might not care. According to the floor plan the primary bedroom has no windows?
I do also agree that what they’ve done to upgrade the kitchen and open areas seems to be pretty well designed.
