Thoughts on transitioning from Big 4 audit manager role to A&M consulting role (HIG)? Pros/cons?

I have an interview scheduled with JP Morgan Warsaw, Poland for Derivatives Asset Class Controller – Financial Control Specialist position.
What salary should I ask for? Is 10K PLN gross good for this role.
I have a masters degree from reputable institute, 2 internships (8 months) and 8 months full time job experience of investment banking.

My hair gets extremely frizzy when I am in an areas that’s humid. I have a ton of baby hair making it worse. I look horrible in such situations. Any tips on preventing hair from getting so frizzy?
