I'm looking for better legal opportunities in other cities across the nation. I've been working for mid-sized insurance defense firm for 3 years and have over 7 years of civil defense and commercial litigation experience. I have an MBA and am eager to put that to use more directly, but I believe I will have to move elsewhere. I’ve eaten in a calorie deficit, moved my body for at least an hour a day, and doubled my protein intake since 1/1. And I’ve gained weight. It’s def not muscle. It’s just not working. I’m NOT looking for advice, I have a trainer and a nutritionist, I’m physically healthy, and yes all my clothes still fit the same. I’m looking for EMPATHY. I keep telling myself I should be proud of the changes I made. But it’s sucks I worked so hard and the scale is the highest it’s ever been.
