I am looking for guidance.
I am going to start interview process with Amazon next week. Probably all rounds will be done in 1-2 day time frame.
How/what should I prepare for interview?
Am clueless on what kind of ds & algo questions, system design questions are asked in Amazon interviews.
My techstack: javascript developer- react+Angular.
1. Pls guide me on what/how to prepare?
2. Also, will the interview be solely on da & algo and javascript; or on Js frameworks?

I'm there. Depends on the group you're in but we're making some big strides in creativity. Pays well, regular hours not sweatshop. 'm happy I made the move.
If you want to help a pr agency try to be an advertising agency then sure. Or you can work your way into a successful advertising agency.
Weber Shandwick is good, has great accounts and generally good people. Sometimes a bit lost in the transition out of trad PR (still many old school media relations people), but I think we are primed to make big moves in the next 3 years.
There really isn’t a creative culture there, at least like you’d have in an ad agency. And depends on the account(s) you’ll be working on, some are open to hear creative ideas but they tend to go nowhere bc they still have a traditional PR structure. I’d say try it out if you have patience it may workout for you
I interviewed at the LA office 2-3 years ago and the account I interviewed for had literally no idea what digital was. Literally a sitcom probably could have been written about that office and how behind they were (are?). I’m not sure I would believe that anything has changed
It isn’t the most out-of-the-box creative place, but that is changing due to some quality leadership. I’m interning there and have seen some amazing work come out.
Which office?
Creative is on the upswing. We work on some interesting issues with big companies/non-profits. Office culture depends greatly on what city you’re in.
Depends on city and accounts you will work on.
