Thoughts on whether an MBA is needed to break into (and move up in) fintech?

Hey everyone, I am currently working as a Data Analyst and I am looking for a good course/certification in the same field to enhance my knowledge and boost my career growth. Any recommendation that I can look at will be very helpful.

How is the hiring scenario of MBB at ISB? How many years of experience in a candidate are they willing to accept (assuming relevant pre mba role, for instance, say in ZS)?

Do MBA Programs (particularly HBS and GSB) know if you have accepted a sponsorship offer during the application process? (I.e. before you’re accepted to the school)

Hi all! I’m inclined on taking up the CIPM training and certification exam. I’m already a certified Data Protection Officer in the Philippines. I intend on skipping CIPP as it applies to the US and EU.

How difficult was the exam? Can you share your experience studying for the CIPM exam? Is it advisable to skip CIPP?

I applied for a L7 Principal Eng. mgr role and provided $350k-$450k TC range. Was offered the L6 Sr. Engagement Mgr role $29k K TC.
- Base $190k, $90k Y1, $68k Y2, 80 RSU
RSU valued at $222k based on $2.5k (30day avg + 15% YOY growth) - actual value $2.1k today.

Any advice on negotiation? Interviewer says max $200k Base/$300k TC Atlanta area. Is $225k base/$350k TC feasible?

Can't help but feel like I'm in a rut. I'm 23 and realized I still haven't accomplished goals that I set when I was 20. I waste copious amounts of time on Netflix. I keep losing weight only to gain it back. I bought a standing desk and am still sitting on my bed to work. I told myself I'm going to accomplish XYZ certification exams over a year ago and started studying 3 or 4 times only to quit studying 3 days in. How do I stop being such a loser. I feel pathetic

How is diversity like in the KSA office for MBB firms? Understand this might be because the KSA offices are newer than UAE ones so can we expect this to improve in the future?

I was asked to do an extensive competitive analysis project for an interview, and feel that this project would be useful to share to other companies when interviewing. No NDAs or anything signed. Bad practice? Fair game?

Got the following offers on the table:

1. Big 4 - Manager, $180k + $20k sign on, told a good expectation is 12-15% bonus next year. 1.5% 401k match and 3% pension contribution. First year cash would be around $225k
2. New, well funded advisory arm of an established business - Engagement manager, $210k, 20-25% bonus. 2.5% 401k match. First year cash closer to $250k

Big 4 is a defined path with history, reputation, and exits. Other place is largely unknown but a lot of comp.

Got an Amazon offer (they reached out to me, interview process lasted several months) but discovered I was pregnant after getting the offer. For medical reasons and complicated history of miscarriages, I can't commit to a start date prior to delivery. In order to be transparent, I have shared the news with the recruiter. Should I expect them to withdraw the offer/any advice on what to do?

Any tips on unknowns to negotiate for/ask when fielding an offer from Salesforce?
