That really depends on what kind of legal work you do now vs. the in-house position you are trying to get. I would think in-house compliance roles would be fairly transferable skill set.
Yea, very fact specific. E.g.: An FDA attorney that managed issuance of warning letters can probably get scooped up by any Medtech or Pharma company easily.
