👋 I’m currently a PM at a startup making $120k. I’ve got two offers at $150k. My dilemma is that I work maybe 25hrs/week and exceed expectations and I spend 10-15hrs/week on my side hustles which make about $100k. Hourly I make more at $120k, but I’m thinking about leveraging those offers to get a bump. Any thoughts on how to go about getting that bump?

Just heard that my district will have classroom and live-recording learning. I’m thankful because I now can feed my family, my newborn and a recent-sponsored wife! I am already serving notice period and last 20 days remaining. HR communicated to me that its compulsory to join at Mumbai location & if not joined then they will take action as it will be constructed as willful insubordination.Also need to look for accommodation.

What's y'all experience with salary bumps and internal moves? Is there some % rule? Is it normal for internal recruiter to ask me what I'm currently at? Even though I shared my desired range?

Besides feeling kinda insulted & not treated like any other external candidate I don't feel ok w/ the info to be shared further with the new team. Isn't this that kind of personal data that should be confidential? Even for the internal move?
