I’m really struggling to land my next project. I’m a GPS C and not new to the firm and my last project ended in September. I’ve reached out to EVERYONE I know, all referrals I got, applied through STAFFIT and followed up and I still don’t have a project offer. Been on the bench for about a month and a half now. Let’s say you have 10 Salesforce certifications and you join the Salesforce division of one of the big four. But due to staffing misorganization they put you on a project where you code excel macros all day.
