Expect above market hours with under market pay.

Under market pay. Billing between 2k - 2.3k. Bonuses are a joke. People are great (with a few exceptions) you will go to trial within a year or two. The firm also having some great growth so it should continue to get better. It’s a great place to work. Would overall recommend. DM me if you like!

Depends on the office. The salary is based on when the office was acquired not COL, so some mid year and senior associates in CA make less then first years in Houston and Chicago. As a mid year your about 70k - 100k below market (pre bonus with bonus is significantly worse). People are great but the difference is you have a real path to partner and partners fair much better in salary. If you stick it out till your a 8-9th year, you will elevate to partner. Experience is unrivaled. No doc review or busy work. Actual trial work and trial experience in your first few years (unless you in a few groups that don’t go to trial but they are rare here)

Planing on moving to NYC in the next 3 years with my husband. Been looking at potential jobs that I may be interested in for when the time comes and a lot of the ones I’m interested in says “big four experience preferred.” I work for a regional PA firm and wanted to see what everyone’s thoughts are. If I stay at my current job, I’ll be manager by the time I leave for NYC or should I make the jump to B4 soon? Does “B4 preferred” outweigh my chances even if I’m a manager when comes down to it?

I’m mid-level in my HR career at my current company and an upcoming Master’s graduate. Studying for my SHRM-CP too. How did you make the transition to that next level? What skills do you need, or is it really just based on YOE (I am the youngest compared to my teammates, many who have 10+ YOE)? I feel like career pathing is not very clear at my company. Each time I ask for guidance on this from my manager, I get told they’ll look into it.... would love some external mentorship and thoughts 🙏🏼

Have a little over 5 YOE & several manager level roles with experience in change management, SaaS, technology implementations, Salesforce, healthcare. Making $135k now - what roles can I look for with this experience / a pay bump? Would love to move into health/life sciences tech (or any tech company) & looking into both FAANG-type roles and smaller startups. Any advice on specific companies / roles to look into?
