I’ve been in my in-house role for about 7 years now and starting to feel some stagnation. What do you all do to upskill or keep career capital strong for the future?

Need advice.. I moved to another country after a decade of experience just before pandemic hit. As a result, hiring slowed down and I had to work 3 survival jobs in different intervals for about 10 months till I landed a job in my Sales field. Now after a year, I have to look for a new opportunity as moving to another city. If I list the 3 short stint jobs or show a gap of 10 months, my resume does not even get shortlisted. Plz help me with the right way to show it in my resume, TIA

Any SaaS AEs out there (non mid-market/franchise) making 6 fig base? What company? How did you get there? (Can be as vague as you'd like).

*Back story - 8yrs of sales experience, 5yrs as a SaaS Sr AE. Have always been a top performer. Current company am consistently the #1. Just started interviewing to advance my career, both pay and growth-wise. I see some that are 6fig base but seems they're either for start-ups or highly sought-after companies you basically need an internal referral. Thx!

After giving interview in Feb they ghosted me and did not reply to any of mails or calls. on Mar 16, out of blue I have got an offer letter for location Chennai which was never discussed or talked before by HR. Are there any nurses on here who were able to get their foot in the door doing CDI without having CDI experience? I've been a nurse; overall, for 16 years. My clinical background is in Med-Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, Infectious Disease with the last 10 years being away from bedside in Pharmacovigilance. Is it possible to land a CDI position without experience? So far I've had zero luck

Coinbase question. Just sold some crypto through coinbase and initiated a cash withdrawal. I noticed that the transaction notification said it was being deposited into a savings account. Weird because I never linked a savings account to coinbase. It’s with my same bank but the account isn’t associated with me.
