Needing advise. I have been at my new company for 3 months and I hate it. So much to hate too much to type up. So I’ve been applying around and I actually got an interview for my dream position today. How do I explain this current situation? I heard it’s not good to bash other companies but I genuinely do not know how to explain why I want to leave without my current company getting bashed. Should I just put it all out there or keep it vague?

I did my master’s in computer science and currently a management consultant. Does this have any impact while Pwc files h1b for me as far as my role in the organization is concerned.

Looking for some advice here. Experienced sales person, with a goal of moving into tech. I’ve had a number of interviews in the last week and into this week/next. (Just started applying). Anyway, I’ve also went through an interview process with a great company in my current field. They’re going to make an offer and it’s going to be a good raise over my current position. But, I just don’t feel compelled, I truly want to move industries. It feels weird to turn down a great offer for the unknown

I had a really weird interview for Creative Director today.

It’s a small startup. HR interviewed me and asked all the hard hitting questions (how do you get design inspiration, how do you deal with design roadblocks, what sets you apart for this role?) which I thought was odd for a screening interview.

They made some affirmative noises then said the next step would be a design test (one pager) which I would present to a panel of interviewers including the CMO.
Anyone else think this is odd?

3. MBA (not so easy as I don't want to give GMAT, will select certain colleges that do not need GMAT score)

The grass is not always greener. I left my prior firm that paid market but had a high hours requirement for bonus solely because I didn’t think I would hit it and the new firm guaranteed my bonuses. I loved the firm and the people, and the partners were always available to help. I like the work at my new firm and the people are great, but the partners are never available and I feel like they just tossed me in the ocean and I’m drowning. Midlevel.
