How do you guys deal with family pressure to “settle down” and “just get married already”. My mom has these (well meaning) comments about how miserable I’ll be if I don’t get married ASAP

New to Fishbowl! I’m a retail pharmacy technician in MO with 12 years experience. No degree, just my State Pharmacy license. Was at $16 per hour until last October and was given $1 raise, so currently at $17 per hour. I feel very underpaid. Looking to move on if I can’t negotiate a better hourly rate. What is the average pay range for someone with similar experience? Also, suggestions for other positions to apply my current skill set?

I’m a high performing C2, I didn’t try going up for promo to SC before leaving for GSAP and I’m kicking myself. A partner even wrote that I’m performing at the SC level in my snapshot. Did I let lose out on a big opportunity to have better summer recruiting chances? Or move up more quickly upon returning to the firm?

Has anyone else had trouble with Dr Browns bottles leaking everywhere? Trying to feed the kid and the milk is just pouring out! Seems that any liquid in the filter and it renders the bottle useless

Anyone know if proxy materials are mailed out on a certain day, can the proxy can be filed with the SEC after 5:30 pm that same day and be considered ok? Rule requires proxy to be filed the same day materials are mailed or given to shareholders.
