Florida ppl: I live in a condo & the AC in my unit is leaking refrigerant. Repairmen came by as the AC kept freezing & they said it's leaking inside and the only way to fix it is to replace it. My landlord is refusing to replace the unit for at least 6 months. He's hoping that the Freon they put it will magically fix it. Lease says that he has to keep things in working order. My electric bill is mega high because of this. It's annoying to deal with. I have health concerns about that leak. Help?

Is there an easy way to calculate the hours you’re currently annualizing? My old firm’s billing software would calculate this for us to show the hours you’d meet by the end of the year if you stayed on the same track as what you had billed so far. New firm’s software doesn’t seem to calculate this.

Have new analyst on the team with an MBA and project experience. After working with them for 2 months it’s apparent that there are 0 consulting skills (excel, outlook, PowerPoint) and they freeze up even on internal calls. They are young and coachable, and I offered to put time into that. However at a company event they made no effort to get to know the team and chose to stick to their familiar colleagues in their home office. I’d like to ask for a new resource but interested in feedback.
