I’m current a DI employee and I’m filling form 11 right now as a joining procedure for another firm and it asks two questions: 1. Whether earlier a member of employees’ provident fund scheme, 1952
2. Whether earlier a member of employee’s pension scheme, 1995
I know the answer to 1st is yes, but what about 2nd one?

My last working day is 17th October. BoA joining date is 9 November. Offer received, HR mentioned bvg check takes time in BoA so Joining date is this late.

Wanted an honest POV and I’m not trying to get in argument. I’ve heard that some people don’t want to come into the office for safety reasons. For those people who feel that way, how are you spending your non-work time? What is the logic for not going to work but justifying going out to eat, on vacations, to gyms, etc? No appetite since Covid? Legit have not been able to stomach a full meal for about 2-3 weeks now even though recovered. I can go days with just eating small snacks. Anyone else experience similar?

If you child goes missing and doesn’t respond to you calling her name despite screaming it at the top of your lungs 50 times check under the blankets her room.
