Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .
Hi Fishers, I want to pivot my career into management consultant. I am currently working as a Market research analyst with 1 YOE. Can someone please suggest me how or where should I start to build my career in management consulting at Big 4.
Also, please suggest entry level jobs that I will be eligible for with skills in Strategy, primary and secondary research, and competitor analysis.
Thanks in advance!

Hopefully you don’t mean us
If you know that you’re going to make the move for sure, the earlier the better imo
You did, or you plan to? 6 months isn't long enough to learn anything or prove you can do anything, so it's basically like applying without your current job. But - job market is hot (for now at least), so go for it.
Disagree that 6 months isn’t long enough to learn anything or prove you can do anything. I’m going through the process now and have been able to tell multiple stories from my ~6 months at EYP. I’m also become much better at case interviews after doing the job
Why?
Fine, why not?
