Till how long is the wfh option available in Shell ? I joined 6 months back and no one has asked me to come to office till now. 2 members from my team who are in blr go to office everyday and other team members are in different country but this discussion of coming to office has never come till now even from my manager..so am just curious @shell

I’m a noogler with a $1000 wfh stipend burning a hole in my pocket. itching for a 4K monitor and/or apple air pods max since I’m in a noisy area. Am I being reasonable? Or am I crazy?

How did people job hunt before WFH? I’m searching around for opportunities now since I feel like I’m not growing at my current job. I had a couple interviews on phone / video (during work hours) but it got me thinking - how did people interview when they were in the office 5 days a week? Did they just bring a tie in their bag and dip out the office before the interview? Or took a personal day every interview?

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/

For all the Google employees, what are some of the perks and policies related to the devices we get eg mobiles laptops etc. and other nice perks that you enjoy?
