Till yesterday, my job status on Barclays portal was job offered. In evening, I got a mail saying congratulations on your offer & they have asked to click on the Barclays portal link and to accept the offer within 5 days, I did the same, now job status has been changed to offer accepted. But I didn't get Offer Letter via Mail. Guys, Do I need to wait for offer Letter or the one which I have accepted on portal is the same?

I’m a new hire and I genuinely feel dumb at work. I have been looking at everything assigned to me that i will complete during busy season and nothing makes sense. My team told me to ask them any questions I have now instead of in January. I don’t understand anything and don’t know what I should be asking questions about.
