Hello All, i got 23L package. But the break down is as below 20L as fixed salary, 1.5L as reimbursements, and the remaining as PF deductions. The 1.5L is loss for me right? Can I ask the HR to move the 1.5 Reimbursements to Fixed? Please let me know what you think? Thanks.

I’ve been texting this guy back and forth for a few weeks now. I enjoy texting him but the conversation moves so slowly. I will respond back to him within a few hours and he takes a day and sometimes two to respond back. This week I responded with a bland response because to me it seemed like maybe with the slow responses it means that he’s not interested in me. But, he responded to me with a question. Why does he want to keep the convo going if he takes SO long to respond?

Men, how can women know if you’re truly interested without having to experience the post nut clarity from you (since it can happen after one date or months)? Not trying to waste my time for months with someone who is just going to ghost me after. I’ve experienced it before, but I always know before hooking up if they were boyfriend material, so it doesn’t bother me. Seems more confusing for men.
