Marketing effectiveness


Leading teams. I was basically an individual contributer in a strategy role at a large company. In the last 3 years, I've learned to be a true engagement lead, drive consensus, manage differing opinions, etc. In my previous role, you just put things down on paper and asked the svp to decide.

Am I the only who finds the "preferred school" hiring strategy a bit racist? Some urban commuter schools/rural schools get knocked off the list due to their academic ranking and unfortunately, HBCUs are not always as affordable as an urban commuter school or rural schools.


Up vote if you think they need a desktop version of this app so we can do this instead of real work at the client.


What is the best way of getting a recommendation letter from your current manager? Asking for it feels like a death trap because it tells him/her that you are thinking about leaving in the coming years.
