I only recently realized that my parent is bipolar, and abusive, and it’s not right. When I make choices different than what they think I should have done, they give me the silent treatment. Growing up I would be rewarded for doing what they told me or thought I should do and punished for doing something different. I realized I have a lot of anxiety sharing certain things with them because they are cruel and judgmental, and try to control me by putting my down.

First time mom, gave birth three days ago to a baby boy. He had really low blood sugar on his second day and was almost comatose so he had to be taken to NICU to be monitored and tested every time he feeds.
