I had to eat the moment I got up. Kept a cliff bar next to my bed and ate it in bed before even getting up. Didn’t take away the nausea but helped enough to keep me functional.
Same here. I keep something to eat next to my bed, I even wake up hungry at ~4am sometimes, eat and go on sleeping. If I don’t eat the moment I wake up I feel nausea as well.
Mints and gum worked for me to get metallic taste out of my mouth. Also counterintuitive but eat all the carbs. I’d fill up on bagels to keep from getting sick. Also switch to no iron prenatals
Also thankfully never had to use them but bought puke bags for peace of mind on planes /ubers
In the end I went to the doctor and she gave me some very light, no risk meds because I was unable to function.
Diclegis! I was so miserable and sick the first half. I was actually losing weight, and this was the only thing that really helped.
