1. Schedule weekly touch points
2. Have friends who have gone to MBA (even better if from school you are applying to) take a look and provide feedback. Additionally, you could always spend an hour and have them at applicant lab take a look (I know it’s additional money but may be worth it). If feedback is similar, then you can feel more confident.
3. Circle back that feedback with your consultant to get their thoughts about feedback received.
4. If you aren’t liking feedback they are giving, speak out and express your feelings
At the end of the day, if you don’t like the service they provide, you can write reviews. So it is in their best interests to help you

If you’re concerned about that then that tells me your consultant takes on too many clients. Not sure how you address that at this point, think that’s something that should’ve come up before choosing one.
